Having been formed in July 2017, the community team is has gone from strength to strength by undertaking a range of rugby projects throughout the area. We have forged a new partnership with Richmond Upon Thames College, overseeing their rugby academy as well as assisting with after school rugby sessions at Orleans Park School.
The main aim of the department is to support grassroots development, encouraging young people to play and enjoy the game as well as assisting schools or clubs with learning and key values. This is achieved through rugby camps, coaching in schools and coach development.

We have several Community Coaches working for the club.
All Coaches are RFU qualified as well as having up to and including 1st4sport Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Supporting the Delivery of Physical Education and School Sport (QCF)/RFU Level 1/RFU Level 2/Safeguarding Child Protection/First Aid Training.
Our aim, as a community provider. is to deliver quality provision to schools and organisations children and young adults deserve to receive this and we are more than happy to provide it through fun, happy learning environments.
