RAA & Richmond Rugby seek Admin Assistant

Richmond Athletic Association and Richmond Rugby are seeking an Admin Assistant to join the team for 2-3 days per week and work on the front desk in their office at the Athletic Ground in Richmond, Surrey.

Duties would be as follows:

  • Answering the telephone/Checking answer phone/fielding calls
  • Opening mail/ franking post/signing for deliveries
  • Selling parking scratch cards over the phone and in person/taking payment
  • Updating the various boards with current weekly fixtures & pitch allocations
  • Producing meal vouchers for RFC/LSFC  (weekends)
  • Safety officer paperwork for every RFC and LSFC home game
  • RAA cash pick-up and drop-off with RMS Security
  • Administration of RFC tickets (including posting tickets to opposition teams)
  • Monitoring CCTV cameras when required and recording information
  • Binding documents and updating spreadsheets
  • Typing correspondence for CEO & Board members
  • Posting membership cards & RFU Grand Draw raffle books
  • Producing purchase orders / proforma invoices when required
  • Providing holiday/sickness cover for Office Admiistrator

Must have good experience of Word and Excel
Hours: 2-3 day each week, hours 8.30am – 5pm
Salary: Dependent on number of days
