I would like to take this opportunity to express our enormous gratitude to everyone who supported our recent #OneClub Crowdfunding Campaign. The £34,938 raised over 45 days is an extraordinary effort and an outstanding reflection of our true community club spirit and determination to stick together through any challenge.

The funds raised will make a huge difference for all sections of our great club and will be vitally important as we look to rebound positively from the COVID-19 crisis and the loss of Gallagher as our main club sponsor after six years. Our thanks must go to the many of you who kindly contributed to the #OneClub campaign, in particular those who donated large amounts and those who purchased or pledged rewards. We surpassed our £30,000 fundraising target in emphatic Richmond fashion and this will prove incredibly significant as we embark on an exciting 2020/21 season.

There’s a few names that I would like to thank in particular who very kindly donated large amounts to the campaign and ultimately pushed us over the fundraising target in flying colours: Simon Barber, Robert Brooks, Chris Banks, Tony Davison, Robert Vallings, Yashar and Iden Asl and Tony Dorman. We must also thank those individuals who opted to remain anonymous but pledged very generous amounts to the campaign total. Again, your support has been hugely important.

I would also like to thank the following individuals and businesses who donated a reward to help with our fundraising efforts. Your support is extremely appreciated and as mentioned made a significant difference to our fundraising total: Derek Wyatt, Areté Performance, Tacklebag Teamwear, Mel Deane Fitness, Sophie Pascall Pilates & Personal Training, Lucy Pascall (Lululadbury Yoga), Dante Kim Photograhy, Ed Stembridge Personal Training, Ann Litchfield (Country Pursuits and Training), Kirsty-Lee Griffiths (Macro Food), Morgan Ward (Black Lines Drinks) and Jesse Liston (Tipi Coffee Co).

Finally, I would like to thank Sport England who pledged £10,000 to the campaign as part of their Active Together initiative. Their support has been vital and we thank them enormously for backing our project and providing our club with these crucial funds.

How Do I Receive My Reward?

For those of you that purchased a reward through the #OneClub campaign page, the team at Richmond will be in touch shortly via email with all the information you require to redeem your purchases. A big thank you again and please bear with them as they sort through the various rewards purchased.

If you have any further questions or require information on a reward purchased please email Tom Soulsby on: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Thank you again for your outstanding support and generosity.

We truly believe we are One Club for Everyone and we look forward to welcoming you all back to the Athletic Ground very soon.
