To kick-off our 160th year and to raise much needed funds for the NHS, we are excited to launch our club-wide 1861 Challenge.

The challenge is open to everyone at Richmond, from our minis and youth, to our senior women's and men's sections, as well as our Heavies and non-playing members/supporters.

WHAT IS THE CHALLENGE?

18 days of fitness or rugby skill challenges, kicking-off this Monday 11th January until Thursday 28th January.

Each day your goal is to do 6.1, 61 or 610 of something. For e.g. a 6.1km run or 61 rugby passes or 610 burpees. It's completely up to you!

Each club team will go head to head, with the aim to cover the most distance over the 18 days to be crowned the inaugural 1861 Champions.

HOW IS DISTANCE CALCULATED?

Each Team Captain will gather the totals of their team members after each day and submit their daily totals.

For e.g. Ben does 610 push ups, Myles does a 6.1km ride and Freddie throws 61 passes. The total for that day will equal 610 + 61 + 61 = 732km.
