We are excited to welcome members and supporters back to the Richmond Athletic Ground for our Greene King IPA Championship fixture against Coventry this Saturday 29th May 2021 (CLICK HERE to purchase tickets - KO 14:00).

The match day will look slightly different to what you’re used to. There are certain restrictions in place at the ground to ensure the safety of both supporters and staff, so please take the time to read through this information thoroughly before you come to the ground, so that it can be as smooth and enjoyable an experience as possible.

Please note: In order to maintain social distancing the venue will be operating under a reduced capacity, with tickets only available pitchside. There are no tickets on sale for the grandstand. If the fixture is cancelled or played behind closed doors due to a change in COVID-19 restrictions all match tickets will be refunded.

COVID-19 SUPPORTER CODE OF CONDUCT:

In addition to the standard Ground Regulations and Terms and Conditions relating to the purchase of a ticket for a game, there is a COVID-19 Supporter Code of Conduct in place that you MUST agree to before attending the ground. Please ensure that all members of your group are familiar with these rules before attending the fixture.

MATCH TICKETS:

Tickets can only be purchased online in advance. There will be no tickets available at the gate. Each participant must have the QR code scanned on their ticket upon arrival. We are asking you to please show the ticket on your smart phone. If you do not have a smart phone please print the ticket and show at the gate. The maximum number of tickets you can purchase is four. If you are booking tickets for other people they should be members of your household or support bubble, and you will need to provide names and contact details during the purchasing process in line with the Government Test and Trace regulations.

Tickets are available to be purchased in specific pitch-side zones. Within each zone will be clearly marked pods which will be allocated upon arrival. You must remain in your pod throughout the match and maintain social distancing / wear a face covering at all times.

You will have access to Amber Zone only.

The playing pitch, grandstand tunnel, Old Pavilion (includes toilets, changing rooms and pitch front) are classified as Red Zone and access is strictly prohibited.
