I am writing to thank you once again for your wonderful support throughout the 2022/23 season, which was a particularly challenging one for everyone, both players and supporters alike.

Most of you will be aware that there have been a number of personnel changes since the end of the season, full details of which will be announced at the club AGM on 13th June, together with our plans for the new season which will be wide ranging as we face further challenges across all sections of the club – and for which we need your support more than ever. I would therefore now like to invite you to renew your club membership.

Due to the ever-increasing costs of managing and maintaining our wonderful facility, coupled with the current level of inflation rates, we have no choice but to raise our membership rates across the board, but we firmly believe that we still offer exceptional value for both our playing and non-playing members compared with our competitors.

FAMILY MEMBERSHIP OPPORTUNITY
For those of you who have a son or daughter playing in our Minis or Youth sections, I would strongly urge you to take up a Family membership. For only an extra £70, both mother and father can become members of the club and take advantage of the benefits outlined below including the opportunity to purchase Twickenham tickets for England matches in the Autumn Internationals and 6 Nations.

We are very fortunate to have Richard Bevan as our club international ticket guru, as over the last couple of years Richard has managed to provide at least one pair of Twickenham international tickets for every Richmond member that has applied for them.

RICHMOND MEMBERSHIP CARDS:

As we now have lifetime membership cards in operation, this means that 2023/24 members will not receive a new membership card for the coming season. Please continue to use your lifetime card for food and beverage purchases and member discounts.

MATCH TICKET PRICES 2023/24:

The Men’s National League One season will commence on Saturday 2nd September 2023 (fixtures to be confirmed). Member ticket prices remain unchanged at £12 (online or at gate) and we are keen to make entry on the day as efficient as possible and recommend all tickets are pre-purchased online.
I would mention that we are introducing a small charge for stand seating of £3 for members (£5/non-members) to be pre-purchased online.

Match entrance for members online or at the gate - £12 + £3 stand if pre-booked
Match entrance for non-members online - £18 + £5 stand if pre-booked
Match entrance for non-members at the gate - £20 + £5 stand available
Women’s match entry – Free
U16s match entry - Free

SEASON TICKET PRICES:

We have kept season ticket prices at last year’s level of £95 and £80 for over 70’s (65+ if pre-existing). This includes access to all Richmond home fixtures and a stand seat.

RICHMOND CLUB LOTTERY:

We are re-branding our existing 500 Club as the Club Lottery and I would strongly encourage you to sign up and help support the club, as well as giving you a great chance of winning one of our monthly prizes. Half of the funds will go directly towards helping provide rugby across all sections of the club, especially our grass roots junior rugby.
