We are delighted to announce that the Richmond Rugby Golf Day is back after a 4 year gap and will take place on Thursday 4th May returning once again to the delightful Fulwell Golf Club in Hampton Hill.

This has traditionally been a very popular event in the calendar and we expect places to be snapped up very quickly so please contact Keely in the office on admin@the-raa.co.uk or 020 8332 7112 asap to book your spot or reserve a team of 4.

Timings for the day will be as follows:

• 7.30am – Arrival and registration – bacon rolls, teas & coffees
• 9.00am – Shotgun start
• 2.30pm – 2 course carvery lunch in the dining room followed by prize-giving

The competition will be played over 18 holes in groups of four, but you will be paired up in teams of two. The format will be a Better Ball Stableford within your pair off full handicap allowance, with a maximum handicap of 28 for men and 36 for ladies. You can either make up your own fourball, or if entering as pairs or singletons, you will be matched with others entering on the same basis. Mulligan balloons in Richmond colours will be available to purchase before your round to ‘assist’ you on the way round! There will also be individual competitions for nearest the pin, longest drive and nearest in 2 shots.

The cost will be £95 per player (discounted to £60 for Richmond Men/Women players) or £45 for members of Fulwell GC. This covers breakfast, lunch, green fees, prize contribution and a small contribution to the club. Should you just wish to join us for lunch, the cost will be £30 per person.
