In this week's episode we chat exclusively to former Richmond Men's First XV prop Rupert Allhusen who successfully completed his solo channel swim on Sunday in an outstanding time of 15 hours and 15 minutes. In doing so Rupert became the first ever prop to complete the remarkable feat and has so far raised more than £30,000 for the RHF Defibrillator Fund and CMV Action.
